The 15th of June - which also happens to be lobster day - it doesn't get better than this, really.
So, in honour of this fine day I thought I'd share a couple of my favourite recipes:
Gin & Tonic
Hendrick's gin to be served with tonic over ice and garnished with cucumber.
Lobster, finely chopped shallots, lemon juice, mayonnaise and tarragon.
Pile onto a buttered and grilled hotdog bun.
Add as much or as little of the various ingredients as you like.
Bottoms up, tuck in.
